WC*VALUE PLUS - programstop And TODAYSESCAPES THESE TWO COMPANIES ARE DRAWING MONEY FROM MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Internet

I noticed on my debit card statements for Oct.2008 and Nov.2008 that money from my account is being withdrawn as a bill payment for membership fees to two on-line services I did not approve nor have I ever heard of. My statement shows a withdrawal for 19.95 to WC*VALUE PLUS which I never authorized.

The other unauthorized withdrawal of 19.95 is to a company called TODAYSESCAPES+. I called the 800 numbers shown an my statement for each one to find out who they were.1-800-475-1942 the VALUE PLUS # told me I could reach them between 8am+11pm or go to programstop.com. TODAYSESCAPES+ number ,1800-798-0664,said thank-you for calling ,you can also reach us at TODAYSESCAPES +[plus].com to access us please enter your membership number and address or credit number you used to join.Needless to say I have no membership # because I didn't join or authorize any withdrawal for payment of membership.

I have no clue how either of these got my debit card number but do know that they used illegally and I will inform my bank of these illegal transactions so they can stop any more withdrawals and investigate this matter futher.
