WDM Group Shut em down 5901 Priestly Drive, Suite 300 Carlsbad, CA 92008 California

I need a position quick so I worked at WDM Group for some time back in 2010.  These reports I hear from employees and companies are true.  The company is probably the most overrated company I have ever been a part of and good thing I only lasted a few months before I got the job I wanted. 

I had several reasonable concerns regarding the entire process of how they do business and generate revenue but no one seems to want to think logically there, they follow the same systems and processes that they are used to. They don't want to evolve as a online magazine that reports the news, they just want to stay on the same pace and do things the exact same way, over and over, and over again.  

They treat their employees horribly, and really thats the truth.  They treat them like crap, demand that they work longer hours, riddcule them when something happens.  You don't feel like a member of a team working for WDM Group.   This was a environment where everyone in the office hated being there.  I have never seen such poor morale working for a company than working for WDM Group.  They literally force feed you all this useless information of how things should be done the way they see it and it really is so irrelevant in today's market place.

My advice to any employees looking for work, avoid this company, they will not add to your personal growth at all.
