we-beat-prices.com Man on phone with slurred speech I was told to go f*** myself! don't know

I bought a water distiller about a year ago from www.webeatprices.com. recently it quit working and i called 4 times leaving a message for the company to call me back. they never did. When I called the sales department the man acually answered the phone. I was told to hang up and dial the customer service department. I told the man I had already done that several times and my calls weren't answered. He said there was nothing he could do.

I called the sales department again always getting the same man with the slurred speech. Obviously he IS the company. I asked him several questions about the product that I bought because I wanted to know if it could be fixed. He kept telling me to call the customer service line and leave a message. When I explained to him I had done that several times over the last week and a half, he said he could do nothing for me. When I pressed him further to find out if my distiller could be fixed. He became irritated and told me to go f*** myself.

After I useda few choice words on him I hung up the phone. He called me back within a minute and said if I would tell him when my birthday was, he would be sure and wish me a happy birthday. I used a few more choice words and hung up. This man is running his own business. He is not cordial to his customers and he doesn't back his products. He's not even helpful with information so you cuold get help elsewhere. Do not buy from this company and spead word over the internet so that others are aware of his shady dealings!
