T-shirts? Seriously the two guys that were sent to our home, atleast one of didnt wear any shirt ..wait wore some some oversized sleeveless shirt which didnt cover anything - creepy and touchy and probably some criminals. Couldnt wait for them to leave and funny part is he kept shaking my hand and touching my hand and following me around everytime I ran instead of cleaning the place. Was using my bathrooom without asking permission not sure what he did there.

And the ripoff quote a dollar and once you step inside the house quote 10times price and give advice and call the owner an idiot if they didnt listen to their "advice" on how to raise kids and "be man of the house" .

They talk and do no work and the way they talk as if you work for them and they are entitled for your money and they own you.

Stay away from this service. Stay away.. Stay away... I even made report to make sure they didnt show up to my house without anything.

Hi, lets resolve this COMPLAINT sentence by sentence.

1) COMPLAINT:Says that we mail the carpet cleaner a few t-shirts and a hat and then give them jobs daily.

    ANSWER: WRONG we send each professional cleaning contractor (who by the way has passed a rigorous test and has answered 21 questions pertaining to contracting to determine IF the contractor is real) a get started kit and in the kit is as follows, 2 $50 dollar POLO SHIRTS (with a embroidered patch) NOT a few t-shirts 1 $17 dollar (embroidered) hat 1 $37 dollar clip board (w/calculator) 2 $25 dollar vehicle door magnets 100 receipts 100 refridgerator magnets 3 pens (w/our logo) 1 receipt clip all totaling $180.40 plus shipping

2)COMPLAINT:says that we tell customer its 60% off so 2 rooms are $70 and then we CALL the cleaner an say go upsell and charge as much as you can for every single thing you clean.

   ANSWER: WRONG first of all we run our company special which is $49.50 for the 1ST room or piece of upholstery and $20 dollars for the 2nd,3rd 4th etc which is 60% off AFTER the 1st area that we do,and ANY and ALL extras (which if this contractor was a REAL contractor he/she would understand that the ONLY way to make the money that we advertised for contractors would be to SELL UP ADDIDTIONAL services such as airducts,hardwoods,tile/grout,stretching,extra carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning along with enzyme chemical for dog/cat urine stain/smell removal and last but not least STAIN GUARD PROTECTOR)

3)COMPLAINT: The company does NOT own their own equipment or have real employees,its 2 guys with cell phones that work out of their home and scam you to think there a high end company.

   ANSWER: WRONG yes we do have our OWN EQUIPMENT and REAL EMPLOYEES (27 to be exact including my self) that do sales (answering the phone) dispatching(to employed cleaners and contractors such as to the complaintant) cleaners (11 employed cleaners not including contractors such as the complaintant) personnel staff to hire employees and contractors (such as the complaintant) bookkeepers to pay our employees and contractors (such as the complaintant) sales/service manager(s) to control our sales and service department(s) and last but not least our administrators (including my self) to manage ALL the departments that we have just listed,so as i hope you can see that this complaint that has been rendered against us is WRONG, FALSE, FAKE, and we can go as far as to say it is a COMPLETE LIE.

4)COMPLAINT:They'll hire anyone and they keep up to 70% of the total bill and the guy cleaning is going to charge you as much as he can to profit off the 30%.

   ANSWER:WRONG where did 70% and 30% EVER come from? ALL contractors that work for/with us

here at We Clean Worldwide make 40% (NOT 30%) to start for the first 30 days during their prbationary period, after 30 days ALL contractors make 50% thats 50% NOT 30% as the complaintant has said. Last but not least i want to address the last FALSEHOOD that the complaintant has made CRIMINAL BACKROUND CHECKS on contractors, thats the FIRST thing we do BEFORE we hire ANY/ALL contractors we perform a NATIONAL CRIMINAL backround check from their name and/or social security number we ALSO check to see if they have A VALID STATE DRIVERS LICENSE  and we do both of these checks on EVERY EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR that works with or for We Clean Worldwide Inc. so as you can see WE have addressed EACH and EVERY Complaint that the complaintant has said, we are READY and WILLING to meet face to face with our accuser(s) of these accusations (lies) in a open forum or in a court of law or wherever this must take place, but this FALSEHOOD this LIE this MISUNDERSTANDING must be addressed as soon as possible.
