We Insure Group We Insure Richard Hassard Frerick Eldridge Extremely Bad Customer Service and Multiple Errors Fort Myers Florida

I had about 8 properties, 1 auto and 1 umbrella insured with We Insure Group of Fort Myers. I asked them to requote at mid term and instructed them to replace the coverages with the better priced ones and they never did it and later tried to claim that I never told them to do so.

 I got the agency owner/Franchisee involved and he did nothing! Told me those rates were no longer available. I also complained to them about a dozen times not to send notices to my rental properties but to send them to my home but it never got done no matter who I spoke to including the FRANCHISOR located in Jacksonville, FL. The service was so bad that I demanded several times that I be handed over to another agency/Franchisee with the Caveat that they will no longer receive commssions on my policies. They wouldn't do it! I would always be their customer Even on a new policy for a newly purchased rental property.

 I was left with no choice but to cancel all my policies and find another agency. I'm still dealing with this mess because all my refund checks were mailed to the wrong address. They are the most pitiful agents I have ever dealt with and totally incompetant.

Stay away from these folks unless you want to spend more time than you can imagine dealing with them.
