I ordered three iPod cases as a Christmas present. I ordered them on 12/17 and Christmas delivery was guaranteed. Needless to say, I didn't receive the product.

Since I was home for the holidays, I called the company and had to have the product re-routed to my home. I emailed the company twice to see where the product was and no one wrote me back. I called and they said that UPS tried to deliver it but no one was home to receive it (there was never a UPS ticket on the door telling me delivery was attempted.)

I called AGAIN and had to have product re-routed again, this time to my work to ensure I would be available to receive it. 2 weeks passed and I still hadn't received it.

At this point I just wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. The Customer Service was atrocious. "John" in customer service (he refused to give me his last name) said he could refund the amount of the product but not for the shipping since it was my fault I wasn't home to receive it.

After much arguing (and him continuing to say everything was my fault) and finally speaking to a supervisor (at first he refused to let me speak to one and said HE was the supervisor) they agreed to refund the full amount.

That was three weeks ago and since I still had not received a refund, I called this past week. There was no note on my account to refund the money and again they were telling me they couldn't refund the shipping! This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Please help!

Each time the order shipped, the customer would contact our company to have it shipped to a different location because she was not there to receive it.
The customer changed her shipping address on three different occasions, which UPS charged our account $10 each time we did to accommodate here. Therefore, we were not going to credit her for freight charges that we covered for her incorrect shipping information.
