I am writing in regards to my 3-3-14 order for pick up of a 2002 Chevy silverado 1500. My order was placed by "James" who immediately billed my credit card for $200 promising my vehicle would be picked up in 24 hrs. "James" went on to ask me to cancel my order with a company I had already had a booking for pick up placed with. Today is 3-6-14 and my vehicle has yet to be picked up. After several unreturned and unanswered phone calls up until today, I am requesting a complete refund and a cancellation of my order. Due to the fact I have been lied to, hung up on and yelled at on 3-6-14 This email is also being forward the federal authorities. At this point I have no trust in this company and I question if you guys aren't scams.

Asked to speak to management and every " tellermarker" on the time clock assumed the management position. My fellow Americans, R U N from this company I assure you these people were totally dishonest to be All over a pezzy $200 booking fee! R U N!!!! | |
