Another staggering blow occurred when our local telephone carrier accidentally cut a vital 100 pair phone cable in our area, causing the majority of our local lines (which our 800#s point to) to go down completely! With the influx of calls the few working lines quickly jammed up and many customers were getting a busy signal, or just going straight to voicemail when they did get through.

Consumer Protection, as well as the Better Business Bureau were notified of the problem, and were directing customers to fax or email in their requests. We are horrified at the response that has cropped up because of these problems. Our phone lines are back up and running, and our customer service is now able to handle the calls coming.
