I was enticed into joining this business opportunity in July 2012 for an initial $27.00. and would be able to make a good profit. After some more payments and promises. This company then offered a great income for a payment of $1995.00. on a level of M1.membership.(earning $1,000. per M1 sold.
After nearly three months of phoning me on a daily basis this Mr. Miner stated that I could get to be very rich, but I needed to upgrade to an M3 level. but it would cost $22,995. extra, he said that if he had it within a week he would put two members under me in the business. (which he never did.)
I sent $22,995. on the 17th of September 2012. by wire transfer. also he said that I needed to be a member of a co-op. to get lots of sign-ups, the cost to get the max. profit was $4,800. This money was then used to pay for prospects, at a cost of up to $90.00. per interested person.
Once this man received my money he never got in touch with me again ever. and I have repetedly tried to obtain a refund, under the guarantee, as stated at time of sign up, but this Mr. Karl Besser now tells me that there is no guarantee.
The following is the way they offered the business.
You can actually take some money and put into like a pool with other MOS members and we take that money and do the advertising. We advertise on places online that most people can not afford to advertise. instead of us getting like that little side square for our advertising we have enough to purchase the whole big banner advertising at the top of some web sites. The more in the pool from members the better advertising we can do along with generating the best quality leads. Make sense? Currently we have 9 different lead sources in our co-op.
your lead goes through Aweber.. which is assigned to your affiliate code in MOS, so the coach gets assigned to the lead and takes them through the system.
And we have a little over 300 MOS members right now, about 95% of those members are using the Traffic co-op.
O.K. so with that...our number one goal here is to make you back what you have invested into your business. Our second goal is to drive traffic through our co-op so you continually to make commissions month after month after month.
Each share is $600.00. You should get between 30 and 40 leads per share.
A share is like a piece of the pie. so every one pays per share.
You can buy any where from one to eight shares
If you are M3. we recommend at least six to eight shares $3600. to $4800.
If you buy 8 shares you get a 20% bonus, free leads which is around $960 worth of leads.
(when I started getting leads, this company started taking up to $90. per lead out of my co-op balance.)
so with 8 shares you should get at least 12 members. So to build a team of 12 members you will need 6 to 8 shares.
2/3 of people that went through the MOS usually joins WMI through MOS.
About 55% of people that go through MOS do M1.. so out of those 12 MOS members you are going to sell at least 8 M1. this is just a percentage so you might sell 7-10. but 8 is an average. 50% that join WMI and do M1. will
jump up to M2. So out of those 8 that did M1, 4 will go to do M2. Half of your M2. will go to M3. so that's 2 M3
Remember.
I said the goal here is to buy enough leads so you can make back what you have invested so far.
So recommendation for an M3 is to buy 8 shares, which is $4,800.
Then the WMI sales which is up front money.
8M1's that pays 1K commission, you split it 50% which means 4K in M1. commissions.
4 M2's that pays 4K commission, you split it 50% which means 8K in M2.
commissions.
2 M3's that pays 7K commission, you split it 50% which means 7K in M3
commissions.
So that is 19K commission.
So this is within your first few months.
This is the last thing that you will put money into for your business!
From here on out you will be making profit."
After several months I realised that it was not working out, and requested my money back. and was told by a rep. that it was not easy to get a refund.
I have been trying to get it back for a long time now, but the latest
E-Mail I got from a founding member, a Mr Karl Bessey, was that there was no guarantee. and no obligation to pay me anything.
So that is why I have made this complaint.
He now ignores all my E-Mails.

I spoke with the Federal Trade Commission and they stated actions against these guys take time and more complaints. I have submitted complaints to many agencies and they have basically all kicked them to the FTC. The more complaints the likely something may happen. go to ftc.gov to file.
