Wealth Without Risk / Saen Higgins Wealth Systems, LLC charged me for products and services I never ordered Chatsworth, California

In mid July I responded to a TV infomercial by Wealth Without Risk by dialing their 800 number to place an order for Saen Higgins' book, "Wealth Without Risk" for $19.95.  The phone call put me on to an automated order taking system which went on for at least ten minutes with a huge laundry list of products/services, asking me if I wanted to order any.  I recall replying "No" ad nauseum because I only wanted the book, which seemed quite reasonable at less than $20.  To my surprise, when I reviewed my credit card bills, I discovered that Wealth Without Risk had charged me $45.72 for the initial order and then charged me $14.95 on August 30 and $14.95 on September 30 for products and a subscription I never ordered.  When I called their customer service to dispute the charges, I got them to agree to reverse the two $14.95 charges but was told that there was nothing they could do regarding the $45.72, which included a $10 DVD I never ordered (the remaining difference between the $45.72 and the $19.95 I thought I owed apparently reflected $16 in  shipping: USPS delivery confirmation "parcel select").  A complaint to Visa resulted in my being told that since the order was taken over the phone, there is no written record and so nothing Visa can do.
