This company Niche Marketing Inc. That runs wealthy affiliate is in fact a legal entity. The province of British Columbia has many cash grabs. Tons of different licenses and permits you require for a multitude of stuff. 50 bucks here 50 bucks there. It's ridiculous. The license or lack there of, that the BBB is referring to. Is a licence for business premise.

In a nut sheL states that most municipalities require the licensing of business premises. Has nothing to do with being incorporated or a registered business. It also states that at present business licenses are not required in non-municipal areas of the province. 

A P.O. Box in Victoria is not a premise. Merely a shipping address. The address of the company is registered at the registry. Now if the owners reside out side any of the municipal areas. Say outside Victoria city limits. Then they do not require a license. Big deal. It's just for each municipality to keep track of business premises with in its limits. Like I said. Cash grab. Another hand out for uncle sam.
