I downloaded (dare I say it), the Weatherbug.......When I found I did not like it, I tried and tried to delete the thing from my (new) laptop...
I believe, despite what the (weatherbug) company says, that there's something included when downloading it that is toxic.....I had to take my computer to the doctor to get the thing removed and wasted my time. That's what weatherbug is...a waste of time......Use (((competitor's name redacted))), I say!
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Early versions of WeatherBug had Gator but I don't think that is the case anymore. The free version of WeatherBug is adware. It's not spyware but it can be annoying. Just go to your favorite search engine and you'll find ways to completely remove Weatherbug from your system.
