Weaver Tree Service Marty Weaver Did about $500.00- $750.00 damage to my fence----cutting down a tree for my neighbor DeMotte Indiana

On 05-31-16 Marty Weaver from Weaver Tree Service came to my front door & asked me if he could drive his 20,000 lb. dual rear axle bucket truck accross my property and my landscape to get into my neighbors back yard to cut down their tree I SAID NO ---when I heard noise i went outside to find him driving his truck on top of my r/r ties and my lawn crushing some of the older ones a tearing up the sod where he shoved them when he hit them with his tires -- When I yelled at him he played like he couldnt hear me and kept doing damage untill I went right up to his truck window - then he acted like he didnt know he was doing damage --- he said I fix it-- Ill fix it --I said get your truck off my property ! --- he kept trying to manuver this big truck in a area that was to small---and then hit my fence right in the corner post holding my gate (cracked the post and the concrete) on the way into the back yard--WITH this guy its I'll fix it --Ill fix it-- a day later on 06-01-16 I called and made a police report--on 06-02-16 when Marty Weaver was trying to get his truck back out of me neighbors yard he ran into the section of fence closest to that same corner post and broke another picket And the top rail on the section of fence ---on numerous occasions I tried to call and remind him to come and fix the damage (ha-ha)the lady answering the phone doesnt even answer the phone Weaver Tree Service--just hello-- the pat reply has been he'll fix it--he'll fix it ----He tried to tell my homeowners office all he did was break 2 pickets --my home owners informed him that when -- I tried to open the gate I found tht the corner post was cracked /concrete too and that the gate sags now and a top rail was broken ----he never has came back to see the damage or even called--- to ask me about the damage -- I took plenty of photos-- and have gotten estamates $500.00- $750.00 damage ---wont even tell my homeowners his insurance company ---(probably doesnt have any) RIPOFF businesses like this give all a bad name The address he give for his business is a residence ---and I did not see the truck parked there so its probably hid so we cant get his license number either
