I was charged unauthorized charges to my debit card through Web Loyalties. Upon calling the company I was told that my information was provided by the ever popular GAME STOP!

I ordered a PS2 for my son a few months prior and as I understand it Game stop received monetary incentive to give my information to Reservation Rewards, which is another name for Web Loyalty. I made several calls to the 800 # provided before someone finally took my call. I was assured that the money debited from my account would be returned plus some extra, very quickly I might add. I asked the company to send me documentation showing that I accepted or agreed to their terms and was told "I'm not going to tell you your going to get something that your not going to get!"

This is 100% a scam. I am consistently calling Game Stop to find out why they have chosen to allow this to happen, as I believe that the company seems to be doing very well and should not need to counterpart with a company that is ripping people off. As far as I am concerned Game Stop is even more to blame for the matter, if the average person were to debit a strangers account without their consent or knowledge they would go to jail, so why is this not an issue. I have also contacted Game Stop several times they conveniently can not show me any documentation that I consented to the transaction either. I for one will not do business with ANY company associated with Web Loyalties! I contacted the local media which has not yet responded, but I aim to get the word out!

Call the company and demand a refund (1-800-732-7031 Reservation Rewards) Hint, press #2 to actually get a rep on the line! They will oblige, as they are aware they are scamming people and are making money off of those who are not calling and demanding a refund. Do not cut your losses! Let the party who gave your information to Reservation Rewards/Web Loyalites know that they no longer have your business. Things like this have got to stop and we the consumers have to stand up and make sure that it does!
