Michael Mann with Web Media Projects is someone I will never do business with again.

I engaged the company to provide software solutions. In the contract we had outlined timetables. I paid a portion in advance. Over 4 weeks, I had several emails that I would have the software beta that week. Of course I never did. When it came to the deadline that was missed, I disputed the paypal charge.

He then contacted me saying that he was terminating the contract and would not be refunding my money (even though it was stated in the contract that non-fulfillment would require a refund in full). I guess I will never see the money, however I want to make people aware that this company took money and did not fulfill their obligation. He stated that he had a few more weeks to deliver the software, however he termed the contract and refused to work with me.

So he gets to keep the money. I will be filing charges with the MS attorny general and local police as I have several peoples information that this may be a pattern with his company

It seems that Michael always has a response to someone claiming fraud or deceptive trade practices.

You will now find that Michael has created another company develop123.com which is the same as webmediaprojects.com.......

If anyone has been taken by Michael Mann, please email me at (((ROR redacted))). That is a zero, not 0. I will give you the exact details of what he did.

Who in the heck is TT Kaufman?

Our company has never had an agreement with anypne with that name. Never.

While I have had dealings with some of the people filing here - and some have used multiple names to make it look worse than it is - I readily admit to it if I've dealt with them.

We have no record of EVER having a client named Kauffman.

Since your report is awfully sketchy I am concerned that it's just another of the aliases being used by some of the more unsavory clients we've rebuked.

If I am wrong, and we've had dealings with you I'd appreciate a more descriptive entry here so that we could determine whether or not you have a legitimate complaint that we might could resolve.
