Web Scribble Solutions ripoff defective product unprofessional and retaliatory Albany New York

I purchased a dating software off a dating website on or about January 8, 2007, from Web Scribble Solutions. From that day forward I have been having nothing but problems. The company fully installed the software. I never launched my website due to bugs in the system that made it impossible for me to give employees administered access to the admin area, the instant messenger which is the heart of any dating site was defective and the chatroom was faulty. I constantly complained about these flaws and glitches, but received insufficient service. The company was unable to fix the instant messenger and the chatroom. I asked for a refund of $99 for the chatroom plugin and $100 off the software, because the instant messenger is included in the software package. I later realized that I purchased a combined plugin package of a chatroom and video. I, than asked for a refund of $179 for both of the plugins. The company who has a non refundable policy agreed to give me a $99 refund for the chatroom plugin and denied me the rest of the refunded that I had requested.
Furthermore on Friday, February 23, 2007 I reported the company to Better Business Bureau, which they email them my complaint instantly and suspiciously on the very next working day, Monday February 26, 2007 at 12pm I noticed my website was taken down and it is approximately 27 hours later and it has still not been restore. In conclusion, I can no longer rely on this company and their software. I requested full refund of $522 from the company for their dysfunctional software. I am in the process of purchasing a dating software from another company.

P.S. Yesterday March 5, 2007 I asked the webscribble to remove all their files, because it is confusing having their file with the new files from the new company that I am with. They agreed and I gave them my new password and they retaliated by removing all my files. They also corrupted by instant messenger file, which caused the same problem that I was originally having with them. Thanks God for this company Vldpersonals, they took care of the problem. They are a great bunch of guys.
