Cancelled services in April. Paid $59.85 which included 3 months (March, April & May @ $19.95 per month). Based on the signed contract I was entitled to a refund of $19.95 for May. Made more than 4 attempts (April, July, Aug, Oct & Dec 2003) to get my refund.

I spoke with Justin, Tangy and others in their billing dept. The first person said the refund was on its way to me in the mail. I called back to check the status of the check and Justin stated that I needed to fax over my bank statement that showed the $59.85 charged to my account. So I fax the information on Aug. 6th. I called back on Oct 7th to check the status of my refund and Tangy told me that they did not recieve the fax and to refax the bank statement... so I did. I called back on Dec. 2nd to check the status of my refund and I recieved terrible news. I was informed that TCT Talent - Wilhemina filed bankruptcy and the new name was Fashion Rock.

The supervisor stated that Fashion Rock was not responsbile for any money that was due to anyone. I felt like I was scammed again. The whole reason I cancelled with Whilhemina (TCTalent, Options) was because of the scam and ripoff of over $600 of my hard earn money as a recent college grad. I should have been smarter than that.

What a RIPOFF, FRAUD, SCAM...
