Web Success 2002, Bring It Home, Epenzio ripoff came to Canada Salt Lake City Utah

Web Success 2002 or Bring It Home Inc. came to the Vancouver area. I only attended the introductory seminar but there were many suspictions. I went thru their sites, saw the user manual to their software program. It was fairly detailed so I was sold. I then did more homework & found your postings. All the suspicions start to make sense.

(I work for an Internet Service Provider and learn about designing web pages.) Here are just a couple of my suspicions that some of you mentioned:

- the few sites that i got from them, the Checkout to the Shopping Cart don't work (neither do some of the buttons). They very much appear to be just a front.

- during the intermission, the presenter didn't want us to take the registration form from the table to our chairs (so that we could read the fine prints).

In fairness to them, I didn't register for the training and therefore won't experince the credit card problems reported. However, there were just too many red flags.

Lesson learned:
If it's something legit, they/their sites would be more direct and up front about things. The presenter repeatedly & manipulatively avoided answering challenging or relevant technical questions or answered them wrong. My email to their support address bounced back.

He said his name is Balaji Mudliar (aptly named) from Bellevue, Washington. He said that there will be seminars in Hong Kong, Singapore & maybe South Africa in early 2003. And then Toronto & Montreal. LOOK OUT! They are preying on people who are not knowledgeable enough about web hosting. Even I was almost sold. They've put up quite elaborative fronts since they started.
