In February 2009 Jeff Doty with Web Tools and Technology (Site Search Architect) contacted us by phone. Over the phone Doty told us their company could increase our web traffic by 200%-2500% and put our website on the first page of Google when one of many terms were searched for. He said this could be done within a three month period, guaranteed. The cost of this service would be $6,000.00 The representative told us if they were not able to accomplish this service in three months they would fully refund our money. Their services included making a new website, which was far inferior to our previous site, and search engine optimization. We were willing to pay the large amount if they were able to do what they said, after all there was a money back guarantee! After diligently working with them for the last year to increase our web traffic we have seen no increase in web traffic, in fact our web traffic is 80% less then our previous website. We have contacted Web Tools and Technology  to request a refund since they could not fulfill their guarantee but they refuse to refund us the money, saying that our contract said we had to provide them with "log files" prior to their service, yet they explicitly told us over the phone that we did not have to do that. We just want our money back.
