web yodel llc. I feel like yodel ripped me off. they promised me a great site and delivered nothing but aggrivation, and took my money. SAD! Internet

I paid $435 dollars to yodel to create a new web site and have it optimized. they told me it would look similar to my old site and that i could submit 5 pictures and a logo, and that they would place them in the header of the home page , so it would look similar to my old site. well i got none of this. they pasted the pictures on the bottom of the site very sloppily and told me sorry thats all we could do..at first they told me 2 times that they would fix it and they said they would. but never did. and the third time they told me thats all they would do. i told them i would like a refund and they said no! this is straight theft..they promised me the moon and deliverd nothing. I would like to get a full refund of $435 or i will forevr feel yodel ripped me off. SAD!!

You filed your complaint against the wrong company. WebYodel.com is a small woman owned company based out of Boulder, CO. We do not offer deals you described. We also primarily work in Colorado. We do not have any clients in FL. You most likely had problems with www.Yodle.com. Yodle.com is a nationwide website development and marketing company with over 700 employees. After reading another persons complaint here..this is excactly what happened to me minus the checking account..they told me i could get a full refund if i wasnt happy and then when i wasnt...they told me no refunds..and that they wernt wrong...i definatley feel cheated by yodel and outrank which are the same company...
