I was recently hit with the WebaccessZZ scam and when my mom saw it on the phone bill she had a fit. But I got a 100% refund. Here is how I proceeded
Call the 1-800 number provided for billing complaints
Anger is the key to solving this problem, Give the operator the information that they ask for, then firmly demand a full refund, they will first offer you a 50% refund, become angry and demand a full refund, after a bit they will give you a 100% refund, if they continue to refuse giving a refund, continue by threatening to sue or call the Better Buisness Bureau.
No one should have the hassle of this problem and no one should pay money to people like these. I hope this works as well as it did for me. Good luck!
