i never applied for this or anything for bill me later this is a rip off as they did not give phone number to call . I think its a fraud . dont fall for it

Scam, not ripped off

The meaning of the word "ripped off" is not the same as "scam." In this case, it is clearly a SCAM because the contact is a P.O box which is obviously a disguise.
