We hired webbizideas.com to develop our faith based website and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Our project manager Dan was very patient and helpful in the design process. We did have issues with a programmer so the website did take a little longer then expected. But I was very impressed with how Dan took immediate action on the issue and was able to put a new programmer on our project to get the website completed. I'm sorry for anyone who has to read this but we have been dealing with this individual for over 1 year now and he still will not stop the threats.

Please feel free to view the policy reports and other issues we had with this customer mentioned previously.

We have tried to resolve this issue with Dale peacefully but now it's come to childish swear words and obscene gestures. We have a wonderful track record with our customers and welcome anyone to contact us for a list of references.

This is one isolated incident with a customer that has obviously taken things too fare and started sending death threats to us about our family.

Please don't listen to these ridiculous claims and come to our site and request references. We will gladly give them to you to demonstrate we are not the monsters this distorted man perceives.

I would first like to say I'm sorry for any misunderstandings there was between us, but we had to file a police report on this customer due to the fact he was sending death threats. You can see the policy report here (Officer Williams, Case #06-7044).

Dale wouldn't even respond to the policy officers phone calls which were strange to say the least. If you were in this situation and a policy officer called, wouldn't you answer or call back to explain yourself?

The customer did pay us $1000 down payment (50%) for a dating website and $1750 (50%) down payment for a real estate website. We worked with the customer for 6 weeks on his dating website and 3 on his real estate website. Throughout the design and integration process we would ask the customer for feedback, and he would repeatedly get angry because we couldn't read his mind to know exactly what he wanted.

Finally we took it upon ourselves to finish the website the way we thought it should be, which according to the customer is what he wanted. Once we did that he got even angrier and started sending death threats, because we didn't read his mind knowing what he was thinking.

At this point his dating website was finished and done. We were just waiting on feedback and a final review from him (which never came). After we asked him again for this feedback he got angry again and started sending more death threats. The dating website was fully working at this time and we were receiving 1-2 death threats / day. At this point we decided to refund him for the real estate website while keeping the remaining balance for the work we did for the dating website, which was finished.

Since he had already paid us $2750 and he still owed $ 1199 on his dating website which was finished. We refunded him the $551. You can even see the tracking number for the Check here (USPS: 2301 0640 0000 5486 9945).

You can also call our bank Associated Bank (1-800-236-8866) and ask if Web Biz Networks LLC issued a certified bank check to this individual Dale C. (last name will remain anonymous out of respect) for the specified amount.

Also Dale failed to mention that he went through 3 different project managers within our company in 5 weeks, and all of them were not able to make him understand what we were trying to do.
As for the lawyer Dale has sent after us was a prepaid lawyer who we tried to contact but were not allowed to talk to, because that service was not paid for. We responded in accordance to the lawyers request, and have not heard anything back since.

Dale, I want to say again we are sorry for any miscommunications we had but if you would like to resolve this please call us. However, please refrain from sending us death threats, especially those aimed at our family.
