I got involved because I thought he was a scumbag and at the time, Myfreecams had a civil lawsuit against him. http://courtecom.dallascounty.org/pav/ Enter cc1107448a in the court case number box.

Now, as I was just finding out about his actions, I also found out that he was a convicted felon and among other things. I found out that he had a long history of blackmail and abuse toward women. Myfreecams dropped their civil suit against William Mitchell in January of this year, probably due to the lack of money Mr. Mitchell had. They were putting more in than they knew they'd get out.
His form of blackmail is to record and upload a cam girl's video and then require them to submit their accurate personal info to get it taken down. Well, he does not remove the video, but instead he uses their valid DMCA info against them. At one point, he had a model's wedding video(kids included) uploaded to his shady as s**t website along with the model's name and address.

If a model tries to get videos removed and she does not cater to his every whim, he will bait her and make her comply by sending threats of lawsuit, and sometimes he will post the model's name on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/webcamgirlsu or on his Website Http:www.webcamgirlsunlimited.com alongside the model's video.
Mr. Mitchell is a 41 year old male that gets his jollies off by harassing and stalking cam models.
I did some research as to who one of his personalities was. I found out that it was indeed his ex-wife's middle name. When confronted and told that he was lying about his identity, Mr. Mitchell stole my content and posted to his site.
He tried to make it look like I uploaded it.(In fact I did not). This is another one of his tell tale signs. He has tried to pit cam models against each other by using the model's name for a new account on his site and then uploading the stolen content to make it seem as if a model is doing it. He also creates a new account each time a video is uploaded so as to make it seem that it's not really him doing the Uploading.
His recent escapades include calling and harassing a model daily and refusing to talk to her significant other. He requests to only talk to the model. Also, recording and uploading 2 videos of Agent99(from Chaturbate) and 2 videos of Thefleshexperience(from Chaturbate) as well as calling daily to harass Thefleshexperience after an agreement was made that if she left him alone, he'd do the same. Yes, that is partly why I am writing this... It is to let people know who this a**hole really is. So that models, porn stars, and cam sites can get the word out without retaliation from the scumbag.
He had his Chaturbate affiliate account suspended and since then, has been trying to blackmail the fleshexperience into getting it reinstated so he can continue making money from stolen content.

I know him and his business pretty well i am a performer also and will not disclose where. This stuff on his address and his site come on folks its the internet people hackers are everywhere if your video pops up on his site just ask him to take it down it does take time to get stuff off just like any other site. You cant just blame someone cause of hear say. I dont think any of yalls mothers taught yall right grow up its not highschool. Grown adults well at least I am. Yes freedom of speech but disclosing personal information is just down right wrong. Theirs so many girls all over the internet. Someone even your ex bf or a customer can take any video or anything else and put it out thier. ITS CALLED INTERNET AND SOMEONE ELSE YOU PISSED off DO NOT blame someone for your misfortune. Hackers theives and ex bf and others are out their everyone is trying to make money here so get over it. He has so many videos uploaded by others not him many videos a day. SO if you are a performer or a model trying to make it just ask whats the procedure s are of taking stuff.off the internet from his site he will respond in time. Just like any other site it takes time to remove.

The complaint has errors and need to be updated, The owner of website was charged with Child Pornograph but the Court dismissed the charge because of lack of evidence. The owner is not a reigster Sexual Offender. The owner was charged with Harrassment, but some of the cases were dismiised.
The Mesquite Police person in charge was Det. Micmeal Meek. If you Google his name, you will noticed he was sited for prejury on another case. He did not have his facts right. This case also and that is why the Court dismissed charges.
I think owner of RIPOFF REORT needs to delete this report.

Nicole McDonald moved tenants into the vacant house of former
Sacramento Kings star by Shopping Sidekick Plugin" target="_blank">Mike Bibby. Nicole charged these the
renters $1500.00 a month, by way all the money went into her pocket. Then she
posted two signs in the window of Bibby
house that said: warning against trespassing and claiming the home
was the
"Private Property of sovereign Woman of republic of California" and
that federal and state employees could not access the property and that
the house was under the protection of a sovereign republic and that
trespass
could be met with "self- defense" and "justifiable
homicide."
Nicole then posted the name of Phillis Powers and her broker licenses
underneath the sign. Talk about throwing a friend under the bus. Well thats what
Nicole did to Phillis Powers who was unaware that Nicole was using her name.
After all the indictments came down Nicole did the disappearing act and left everybody else holding the bag to get
prosecuted and indicted.
Wow! this is not the first time I heard of Nicole McDonald scamming people, so
if she is selling you a pie in the sky dream that she can stop your house from
going to a trustee sale I would strongly think twice before you get involved
with her because she will more than likely take your money and then through you
under the bus. Short and simple Nicole McDonald is a ADHA professional scam
artist and user. TALK ABOUT BEING A NO GOOD
