Wayne Bienek, aka - webcontentsolutions and realtacular is a scam artist just as all the other complaints attest to.  He designed our first website, www.wvlfh.com and it was simple.  As the new owner of the company, I tried numerous times to contact Wayne.  When I finally got hold of him, December 2017, I told him I wanted to redesign our website.  He agreed for a payment of $500.  He needed payment before he could start the work.  I paid him and from thereon it was like pulling teeth.  Showed me a bunch of stunning websites that he had designed and could do the same for me.  He also promised to have our property listings captured from the MLS to the website.  That has not happened.  I have had to stay on him to make minor changes and to date, he has not made simple corrections.  The tabs placed on the website are useless as they take a visitor nowhere.  He also promised to have music added to the website, just like the other websites he created and showed me, that has not happened.

I have lost so much business because of him.  He makes promises he can't/doesn't fulfill.  He does not deliever what he promises.  I will have to find another web designer to fix his mistakes and complete my website.

Truly a scam artist that should be sued and jailed for fraud.  I don't know how he is still in business.

Buyers beware.  If he shows you beautiful websites, take note and call the business to verify that he indeed was the designer.
