Webfastpay.com MeetUpHookUp.com Fake Identification Services Internet

This company posts ads on Craig's List posing as women looking to meet men.  When you are contacted, they convincingly say that they want to verify you are not a mass murderer, citing the Craig's List Killer from 2009 as an example.  Once you visit their website, they clearly say that their verification services are 100% free and that your card will not be charged, yet when you check your bank account, they have charged you $36.91 for a membership, which appears to be for a porn related site.

I tried emailing them using their address in their confirmation email, which also says $0.00, but I have yet to receive a reply.  I called their phone # for 24/7 customer service and attempted to reverse the charges and cancel my membership I didn't ask for.  Customer Service is automated only.  There are no real people or friendly customer service representatives as they falsely claim.

They say one thing, but totally do the opposite in reality.  I guess no one complains publicly for fear of embarrassment, but in my case, I have no shame in trying to use the Internet for dating.  They also have the following on this website to try and intimidate you into not reporting them:
