Web tech said these charges were a one time fee. This is antivirus etc. They loaded DefenderPro, PC Medic and Trackoff on my machine. Now they call me and claim to be with US Tech Support. Now they want another $799 to continue with support. I called the phone numbers on web site and they no longer work. They will not send me an email with anything other than a gmail account.
DefenderPro does not work correctly and they never have time to support me unless I give them more money.
They claim to be 24/7 support and this is not true.
These are what they have charged me so far

Jan 20 Jan 20 WIZARD TECH SOLUTIONS 888-812-7162 FL 300.00
Feb 1 Feb 1 WIZARD TECH SOLUTIONS 888-812-7162 FL 400.00.
I want either my money back or them to support what they promised.
I do not believe this is a legitimate company. I need confirmation of legitmate or someone to contact on a 24/7 support.
