Last year 2010 I purchased a bronze plan from this company now 1st to 3rd months their service was pretty awesome now when I install blogs in my domain I am just amazed that my domains was keep going on error "Databased Error" now I contact the company support rep they said that they have to check in a few moments now all my files has gone my index pages and others I was mad at that time so let it go because I am understandable person, Today at January 5th I was amazed my domain was in databased error again I contact them again what they answer me is this

Now all my files has gone and I cannot bring it back they are deleting my files without violating any rules from them. They dont want to give a working phone number right now so I am forwarding this to FTC

I have a reseller account with WebHostingWorld for three months. In general, I'm
very happy with this company. I had an excellent uptime, excellent connection
speed, great support, and a price I really like, especially for the quality of
hosting and support I get.
I have not faced any such issue until now & the way things are going , I am pretty sure will not have it in future too.
WebHostingWorld is definitely a good reliable provider, and meets my needs.
