Webjet.com No refund for their error! Tampa, Florida

I bought 2 roundtrip tickets from NYC to MEX. Every airport has a three letter code. The NYC code is defined as ALL airports in NYC. The MEX code is defined as Juarez International Airport in Mexico City.

I purchased the cheap tickets quickly because of their low price. I later found out that I was not going to MEX but to TLC (Toluca airport in Toluca, Mexico).

The webjet.com search provided me with false listings. I did not even tick the box option that asks to include Airports within 80 miles. MEX should just be Juarez International airport and not include Toluca in its results. NYC includes all airports because it says NYC ALL AIRPORTS. This is not MEX- ALL AIRPORTS. Its like a searched for JFK and it gave me Newark airport, 50 miles away as a result.
 
I called yesterday afternoon and complained to the phone operator. He told me I have to pay $50 per ticket to cancel. I told him that the search provided me with wrong information. This does not happen on any other travel website. He did not care. I asked to speak to the supervisor. I spoke with the man and he would not acknowledge the problem. He blamed Orbitz.com because they use Orbitz.com search engine. I did not find this problem on Orbitz.com. I told him that I will not pay the $100 cancellation fee and asked the company to fix the problem for future users.
 
A day later I searched what I searched for when I booked and the false results were magically solved! I want to cancel my tickets, have my money refunded and not pay the $100 cancellation fee.
