WebMinds Dave Newcomb, John Black, Pierre Narath These people are not responding to my REFUND REQUEST Fort Myers Florida

I requested a full refund from WebMinds on 8/7/2015, and again on 8/13/2015. These people still have not responded back to me. On 8/21/2015, I went ahead and submitted a Transaction Dispute to my credit card company that I used to make the $99,90 purchase as follows:

File Cleaner Software for 1-10 computers, two year membership.

My credit company shows a debit of $135.12 (CDN) for File Cleaner. Initially the debit amount was $131.33.

The following is my first exact refund request to WebMinds:

8/7/ 2015 - My wife and I are thoroughly disappointed with your 'File Cleaner' product. It is a pest, intrusive, and invasive...popping up on screen at inconvenient times. This fact is irrating and frustrating for the both of us! Also, I request a full refund, immediately because, the product does not give a full and precise indication as to what is being 'cleaned' when a scan and clean has been done with it. We don't want this product, period.

8/13/2015 - Dave Newcomb, John Black, Pierre Narath, give me my money back, now! If I have not received my refund notification from WebMinds by 8/16/2015, I will initiate a Transaction Dispute with my credit company that I used to initiate the purchase from you as inducated below. I have been waiting to hear back from you people since August 7, 2015. I will also be sending this same material below to the Better Business Bureau in Florida. But why would that bother you people. You are not an accredited member of the BBB anyway...right! Give me back my money, now! You have not lived up to your web site statement below, in my opinion!

These people's File Cleaner Software falls way short of what I expected of it. These people will not even respond to my two previous request for a refund. That is wrong...they have my money...they need to respond to me, with a confirmation of a refund to me.
