webs.com Blocking me from using my website Internet

ALL I want is for them to stop doing is blocking my links Iam trying to put my my website. They have to be blocking me,
Because I'am the only one that can't see my links on my site. I've had several people say they can see the links on my site But after 9 days of trying everything possible I can't see the links on my site. If you can help me in any way to solve this problem I would very appreciative.
