I ordered a Virtual Private Server (VPS) from WebServe.ca, it was listed on the website as instant setup (which is very common.) I pay with my verified PayPal account and the order went through (it was paid atleast.)

I waited 24 hours, usually companies will call to make sure it's not fraudulent. I placed a call to them after 24 hours to check the status. The customer service agent was very rude and unconcerned, she told me she had no idea what the status was, she would take my information and have someone call me back. Obviously, I agreed and asked how long it would be before I heard from someone. She stated it would be today (as it was 9am when I called.)

I waited another 24 hours and called back for a status update. Same answer as last time, they took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I asked the agent why I couldn't speak with someone now, as the website says "24 Hour Service." She informed me that they haven't had 24 hour service in a longtime. Yet, the website still advertises it. I explained to her what was going on and asked her why this company couldn't take care of the issue. Her response was "I don't know what's going on with these guys."

After 72 hours, I opened a dispute with PayPal to try and resolve the issue after calling customer service once again. At this time, I still haven't been contacted by phone or email by WebServe.ca regarding the order.

Waiting another 48 hours and 2 more phone calls to customer service, still nothing. I escalated the dispute to a claim for a refund with PayPal and filed an BBB complaint against the company.

10 days later. WebServe.ca never responded to my requests for call backs or emails, they never answered the demands from PayPal, therefore PayPal ruled in my favor and returned the money.

The day this happened with PayPal, WebServe.ca sends me an automated email notifying me that my account would be suspended if I didn't pay the next month today. This process went on so long that it was time to pay the next month of service (which I never got the first.)

I advise anyone thinking of using these guys to look somewhere else and avoid them at all costs. They don't seem to care about their customers and would much rather you forget you paid them and just move on. This is the WORST service I have ever dealt with before.
