I ordered a steam mop and was asked to pay by bank transfer. They sent the details of the bank account the money needed to be transferred into.

I cannot get in contact with them now I have sent 4 emails with no reply and attempted to ring them 4 times and no one answers.

It has now been over two weeks and I feel I have been ripped off.

Could you advise me what to do next.
