WEBSHOPPINGNETWORK.CO.UK WSN encouraged me to pay by bank transfer, now the bank can not help....... WSN knew this, im sure of itp, Internet

I purchased the H2O x 5 steam mop on 12/2/13 for 69.49.... It is now 12/3/13 and I can still not get in touch with anybody from web shopping network? My problems are the same as everyone else's apart from the only contact I have had is a conformation email confirming my payment and on one occasion somebody actually answered the phone only to then hang up on me. When making the payment, I was pleased with the price and even happier when I saw I could save 10 by payingby bank transfer, only to find out that now my bank can not help me as I did not pay by debit card.

 WSN have blatantly taken mine and other people's money with no intention of honoring the agreement. Since the 1st of march I noticed that their website was closed and I can not find any information at all about this company what so ever. This is my first experience at being ripped off online and I have always been weary of fraud, but other "VICTIMS" said, the website looked completely credible and seeming they sent me the conformation email I did not suspect anything of concern.

As I can no longer find anything about this website, I'm wondering if they have reopened a new site under a different name to rip off some other poor soul. I find it strange that we all ordered the same product, yet non of us received it. Something needs to be done about these con men as I do not believe they have collapsed, I believe they are just a bunch of crooks and if they disagree... Then I challenge them to come and have a little chat with me.
