I checked with the BBB and they rate them an "F". They can claim whatever they want. They are scammers and theives.

When I decided to try Website Innovations for the first time, I simply sent a photo and text.  The Website Innovations group assisted me & now I have an ad that is spectacular! I use the Carousel and Sidebar - both with great success.  I have advertised with Website Innovations many times and always know that when I do, I can expect increased views and most importantly SALES!


Whoever wrote the first letter obviously has the WRONG COMPANY but like I saw from other posts I guess that's what people do try to extort money. Never the less, I wanted people to know that this company changed my life!!!

This review is my genuine opinion of this business, Website Innovations, and I have no personal or business affiliation with this business. I haven't been offered any incentive or payment originating from the business to write this review. I am representing that it is a truthful account of my experience with the company.


More than 10 years ago, I started Mary's Catering, marking the first time I had ever worked in the restaurant business. Since then, the family-owned business has served thousands of customers in its two locations and catered hundreds of parties, corporate events, and weddings.

Without a web presence, a sizable portion of the busy 13-hour days were consumed by phone calls: customers asking about the menu, hours, or driving directions; catering prospects wanting information about facilities and pricing; and job seekers wanting to fax resumes. Meanwhile, when I found time to do an occasional marketing program, most often newspaper and radio, the results were difficult to measure. Despite the popularity of the restaurant, voted "Best of Catering" by readers, business for the higher-margin catering division was slow.

After hearing about Website Innovations, I purchased a Website + Marketing plan and used their Site Builder Software to create an attractive and robust website that has since become my most important marketing tool. Not only has feedback about the new site been overwhelmingly positive, but the launch of a search marketing program has created a new and cost-effective source of qualified website traffic. Today,  my business is up 30% over just two years ago, a fact I largely attribute to my new website. Best of all, I am spending about half the time on the phonethe icing on the cake, indeed.

If you do a search at www.azcc.gov on both of these companies, you will find two completely different owners.  However, doing a search on the domain name fivestarcommerce.biz yields this person as the owner.

If you go to www.azcc.gov (Since both of these companies are in Arizona) and do a Business Entity Search, you will see that the corporation papers on each company are by 2 different people. 

The person that signed the documents that owns Five Star Commerce LLC is GREGORY CUNNINGHAM.  However, further investigation leads to new information.  Upon researching domain name ownership, you will find that the owner of www.fivestarcommerce.biz is John Gilreath.

Maybe John Gilreath is where you ought to start.  Further investigation shows these details on Mr. Gilreath.

I've thoroughly researched and investigated Website Innovations and have found them to be the real victims in this so called scam from bigragu61 (user who post the fake complaint's.)

HERE IS THE PROOF:
Website Innovations HAS NOT changed their number it has been the same one they opened their doors with ( Call 1-800-781-4840 for proof and see yourself that it works.) phone is not disconnected or changed!!!
 
PROOF 1
They have NOT taken over $6,000 from bigragu61's elderly father because bigragu61 or her father are not customer's of Website Innovations (bigragu posts fake complaints in attempts to extort money to clear business name that is why she is motivated to post fake complaints because she is a scam.)

PROOF 2
Website Innovations is not in the business or has ever been in the business of selling merchant accounts or processing machines. If you are a client of  Website Innovations look at what you ordered and ask yourself did anybody try to sell you a credit card biz the answer is a big fat NO!!!

PROOF 3
Obviously clients that have come into the office or have conducted business KNOW they are not sending their paperwork to subway shop real clients would know this because we wouldn't receive their mail.... I guess subaway would right?)

PROOF 4
As far as the common names of people that were mentioned , i.e. Robert Martin, George Swan, Debbie Lewis have never been employed by Website Innovations and because we are a real legitimate company we don't  use aliases or fake names that is against the law.

It is true the only real slick tongued, well read, and highly trained in swaying people into agreeing with their scam is bigragu61. Coming up with the all the lies just to try to extort money from the company Website Innovations llc to clear their name and retract the statement so don't be fooled!

As far as bigragu61 claiming she is a paralegal and have also verified this with the BBB of Arizona is false. As a matter of fact that is why her report is here and not there. The BBB does verify if you have ordered anything from a company and since her or her fake father story have NOT that is why you are reading it here at rip off report. they don't verify anything you can post post post and it isn't looked into.

Do to other's as you would want done to yourself!!! 2 wrongs don't make a right. Communicate with the company and give them a fair shot to addressing any concerns you might have rather then jumping to conclusions based off of random fake people online.

This report was made with 2 - 3 companies that are involved. Website Innovations uses a marketing company/team...after they've received your payment information they then tell you this is for a home based website business. When they informed my 72 yr old father (who's suffering from leukemia & alzheimer's) that he needed to give them an email address and they'd help him set up a website. He told them, "I don't own a computer." The person kept right on with their "scripted" words and ignored him. My father also said "I do not want to follow through with this because I don't know how to use a computer, even if I had one." Then after checking the credit card statement, low & behold, there it was. They had the audacity to try to call to sell him a higher priced package after that. Since filing this report I have received a PRIVATE email asking me to remove this report. I tried to contact them via phone to no avail. I called the BBB in that area as well as numerous calls to the company itself, 7 different phone numbers, each time getting a message that says "you have reached a number that is no longer in service, please try your call again." Their physical address is 4939 West Ray Rd. Suite 4315, Chandler, AZ 85226 and when searched (just like the other companies involved) it comes up as a Subway Sandwich shop. I pray folks will do their homework before attempting to become involved with such companies. Like I said in my original report, ALL of these companies work together, are well trained & slicked tongued. I also have more proof which was mailed on black and white if need be.

I guess a new type of scam these days is black mail, fraud and extortion. It's really sad a company could take a site that is intended to inform consumers and turn it into some opportunity to scam small businesses out of hard earned money. Below is a email from a place that will offer to remove for a fee the fake complaint.

I'm sure the stress is overwhelming but before you posts claims of companies please make sure you really know 100% that you have the right one! Website Innovations is not Five Star Commerce LLC  and is NOT related in anyway what so ever. The address to Website Innovations has NEVER changed or the phone numbers and if you called the very same number you posted you will see that people answer. As proof anybody who reads this please call to see yourselves if there is any doubt.

I'm not here to make you look bad I actually feel bad for what you must be going through but please if you could do the right thing and take back this posting you did because again it is the wrong company
