website305com they were supposed to make drawing of my invention/patent, they were supposed to be done in 1 week 16 days later they had not finished 10% of project and that 10% was wrong Miami Florida

I found this company on craigslis on november 21st 2017 I spoke to a bruce navarro,I told him I needed some 3d drawings of my walker I invented and patented he gave me a price of $300.00 dollars I agreed, he asked for half down so he called me I gave him my credit card numbers and it went through pay pal, he said project would be done in one week,so I sent him my 3d drawings,afew days later I got an email with some drawings that were completly wrong so I called on the phone and some middle easern soundin man answered I asked him for Bruce he said Bruce was in the hospital, the guy I spoke to wa extremely rude,I gave him imformation that I already gave Bruce,He said he was recording call so he could remember everything,When I signed up with company they said they were in Florida,when I asked the middle easterner where he was located he said India,after 10 days nothing had been done,so I got an email from the salesman Bruce he told me he left the company because of some shady practices,so they lied to me,things became very difficult to to collaborate with these guys so I found out who the boss was and called him he was rude and told me to email directions for project so i did and after 16 days ther was no progress so I tried to email  no response, tried to call no response,so I called pay pal to cancell, they told me there was numerous complaints, so they are going to refund me, the next day I got a text message and an email from company stating they post my invention design on chinese forums so they can steel my invention and create and have on the market before I do, I have all threats saved on my email and phone.
