I bought a real estate website through websitebox.com. It has problems such as underlining text in my site I don't want underlined (after I fix it, it just reverts back to being underlined) and sometimes my page doesn't load (a default search page comes up). I e-mailed websitebox.com support many times with no response on these issues. I started an online web chat. After a while, they stopped chatting. I was on hold for hours with no response from the agent on the other end. I e-mailed the owners/managers of websitebox and contacted one through LinkedIn, but they too ignored me...surprise, surprise.
I would not recommend buying this service. The product is crappy. Customer service is nonresponsive.

Websitebox.com just called me due to the BBB complaint I filed. Instead of apologizing for not getting back with me about resolving the issue, they were incredibly rude. I guess they want to provide poor customer service and want you to just shut up and take it. The issue remains unresolved.
