I have the recent credit card statement that says I paid Websquash Technologies Whom they use iportis.com to process the charge for a home page search engine optimization promotional plan They contacted me by email saying they were going to begin work on my site but they needed my ftp information. I have tryed countless times to send them this information and each and every email has been returned to me unanswered and unread by them. I have tryed to call them on every phone number they have several times during the day and night and all I get is an answering machine saying they are unavailable. I am very angry about this and I think I'll look into having the FTC shut them down. Here is my order for nothing. Don't use these people.

There definitely seems some misunderstanding or miscommunication.
I dont see your name or anything related to you on this post. Can you please post your order ID to me and I will personally check what the issue is. Also do send us 2 or your alternate email address where we can communicate to you so as to avoid any further email miscommunication.
