I've had the net same party line that my email address blocked their emails and they deleted the lifetime account and refused to  show their terms of service that they keep referencing. I searched using Google for any page containing "TERMS OF SERVICE" or any deravitive of that none were found. As a cross check I cheacked their site for a "sitemap(s).xml file, a url.txt  file and a robots.txt file...none of these were found. IF they had a terms of service document like they stated was in the "members only area" without a robots.txt file that document would have shown up in a Google search.
