WeddingDressBee.net Awful Service, Gave me the runaround Internet

Stay away from this place!
I ordered a Bridesmaid dress for my cousin's wedding in plenty of time to be made and sent before the date and paid for express shipping to make sure the dress would be on my doorstep in less than 2 days, to make sure I had plenty of time for alterations/pictures/ect.

A week after placing the order I get an email asking to resend the measurements, so I do, and they get back to work.
Two Months Later - 3 Days Until the Wedding - Still no Dress

I have emailed and emailed and emailed them countless times asking what in the world is going on. Every week I get an email saying that my dress is ready and shipping out and every end of the week I have to email them telling them it's not here, and I get another email saying "Sorry! NOW it's shipping". If I weren't so short on money I would have quit the site and ordered a different dress a long time ago, but I was just hoping that things would be put straight.

I just got done talking to them. After saying they would have it ~Definitely~ shipped and here in two days (it's been three days since then) they are now telling me it's sitting in a warehouse in China and if I pay them -more- money (i've already paid extra for express shipping), it -MIGHT- be here the day of the goddamn wedding. 
Yeah that's super helpful.
Stay away from this site, its practically a scam.
It seems to be a slim chance you could have no problems at all, and an even bigger chance to have them royally screw you over, and for something as important as a wedding, it's not worth it.
