Weddingsbydezign.com Online by dezign LLC, I placed an order online, tried to check out with my credit card but was told on the site that it had been declined. however credit card was in fact charged. I tried calling customer service but no on internet, Washington

I purchased items from weddingsbydezign.com and proceeded to check out with my online shopping cart, however was told on the site that my credit card was declined. I called my credit card company to make sure the charge did not go through, however it did - a total of $125.58. I assumed there was a technical error and waited until the next business day when the customer service hours were open (open from 9am-4pm). I called at 9:30 consistently for two hours, no response. I called the next day, and still no response. I have left several emails and phone messages as well.
This website looks very legit, and has a chain of websites as well (babiesbydezign, celebratebydezign, onlinebydezign, promotionsbydezign). All of these websites have the same customer service number (which no one picks up).

I represent Online By Dezign. At the time this order was placed, we were closed for the Holidays between December 24th and January 1st. Unfortunately, no one was available to assist or answer phone calls at this time. The credit card was not charged. Whenever an online order is attempted with any website, a hold of the funds is placed onto the account in a Pending Status. The funds were never removed from the account. It can take up to 72 business hours for the hold to be removed.
I am very sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience. It was not clearly listed on our website that we were closed that week and I can fully understand the frustration.
