Hello, my name is Charles Fitch. Weebly.com Weebly Inc, and the following individual and founder from Penn State David Rusenko has accused me of social security fraud and also drug abuse on a website called chuckfitchsocialsecurityscam.weebly.com that they refuse to pull. I have a recorded phone conversation of someone in their so called security department that I spoke with regarding the site and that indivudal made up so many excuses not to pull the page it wasn't funny. The web page in question lists my date of birth, my photo and my address. I believe the person(s) also responsible for this is Joseph Demarco top rated ebay motors seller ebay id Hubcapjoes and also Jason Decnaio of Oviedo Florida who is alledgedly responsible for filling out fake magazine subscriptions in my name and having them sent to my home address.

Here is a recording of the phone conversation I had with the person at Weebly who flat out refused to pull the violating web page. This call was recoded Aug 4th of 2014 and this evidence has been sent to my lawyer.

I will be persuing this matter swiftly against the following people that run Weebly David Rusenko, Chris Fanini, and Dan Veltri. Weebly is privately funded by Sequoia Capital, Baseline Ventures, Ron Conway, and Y Combinator.

Because I was a user of Weebly at one time, these individuals violated their own privacy policy on me by revealing my private information on their web pages. They were emailed dozens of times and asked to remove the page but they refused, stating that they wanted a court order to remove it. They have slandered and defamed me and caused irreparable harm to me and my reputation. I am not on social security and never have been so the page paints me in a false light and the fact that they refuse to remove it now makes them responsible for damages.

These individuals that run Weebly Inc, Weebly.com are dishonest people and the people that fund them shoud pull out and stop funding these irresponsible kids. I will ask for damages for everyday that this webpage has been up. I also urge everyone that if you use Weebly for whatever reason to cancel your account and never use them again.
