I bought a refurbished 42" Toshiba LCD TV from WEGOTBETTERDEALS.COM on ebay. They had a great price and the refurbished product came with a warranty so I took it. But when a TV arrives dead on arrival you start to question things.
1. Like how the heck does a refurbished TV come not working? DID THEY NOT REFURBISH IT? If the TV died one month into owning it, that would be a different story, BUT THIS ONE DIDNT WORK OUT OF THE BOX! WHAT DID THEY REFURBISH? THE PLASTIC WRAPPING?
2. When I called they were extremely rude and said it wasnt their problem, seek the manufacturer. I love a company that takes no responsibility for selling you a lemon tv. Again I cant say this enough, the refurbished TV WASNT refurbished. Thats the whole point of a refurbished product, they fix whatever is wrong with it and it works again. Should not be DOA! Could be Dead after a week, but should not be DOA!
3. They are bullys on EBAY. When Ebay still had the option for a seller to give a negative review, WEGOTBETTERCRAP would always wait for the buyer to make a comment and just about every instance, if you gave them a negative review, they gave you one, no matter if you were right. AND by the acts of this company, the buyers were spot on to be dissapointed.
4. They are one of the biggest ebay companies and its sad to see so many people get duped by such an evil company. A company that hides behind a manufacturers warranty, and takes absolutely no responsibility for a product THEY THEMSELVES are selling. Why should I buy off a company that takes no responsibility for what they sell????

STEER CLEAR FROM WEGOTBETTERDEALS !!! They are terrible.
