The Realtor stood me up and I waited for over an hour and she did not show up to show me the home after we had set up an appointment. I tried calling her a few times and she didn't even have the courtesy to answer. I really like the home and location so I arranged for another realtor to show me the home. When we sent in our application it took her almost 2 weeks to get back to us. She was very rood and arrogant. she never responded to our questions or answered our phone calls. She was very rood to us and demanding. When my fiance tried to contact her she blew up at him and yelled at him before he could even get a word in. She humg uo, not before saying if he contacted her again she would file suit for harrasment. We were in complete shock and have never been treated this way by anyone. Monica Rodriguez from Weichert Realtors in Orlando, FL is the most unprofessional, ill-manored, arrogant, rood, bitter dishonest, thing I have ever met. Stay away from her!!!

I have no idea what is going on with Weichert Reality in Downtown Orlando. Monica Rodriguez at MMRODRIGUEZ@CFL.RR.COM is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Betsy Bateman who is supposed to be the manager is a rude and unprofessional as Monica. I am not one to complain or waste my time on situations like this, but I have never seen a Real Estate company run this way. Weichert Reality of Orlando, caused huge problems for my family. They lie, make up stuff to the landlord and tenant, and are irrational. They don't keep appointments and made us drive 1 hour to meet them and they never showed. They claimed they called to confirm, never happened. I am not sure if this is a company wide issue or if these 2 woman are just the issue. I hope that the people who gave these clowns a franchise will investigate this company. They are hurting the general public, they are property managers, someone is losing there house because they did not manage the property and respond to emails
