Weight Watchers International, Inc three month trial online membership DECEPTIVE PRACTICE, Internet

In June 2010 I signed my daughter and myself up for a THREE MONTH trial membership to the Weight Watchers online product. By the plain meaning of the plan, I assumed that it would only last three months. 

I just discovered that I have been charged $17.95 for each membership for the subsequent six months following the three month term. When i contacted Weight Watchers I was told that in the fine print it was stated that if not cancelled, the three month trial would continue forever. 

This is highly deceptive. By the plain language of this offer-it being a THREE MONTH TRIAL-it was reasonable to assume that it would end after three months. I was offered no help from Weight Watchers in obtaining a refund, as they claim that i agreed to these terms based on the provision in the boilerplate. 

There is no such thing as a three month Weight Watchers subscription. I am shocked at a practice like this by a trusted company. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, but as a 20+ year lifetime member, I am through with this company. I am completely offended by this deceptive practice.
