I, too, was sent a letter informing me I had won a lottery and won $39,000. Enclosed was a check for $3,950 to pay for the luxury tax. When I was able to contact them was given directions to send $3500. to Tara Evans in Dallas, TX. My remainder funds would arrive by UPS. Whoops!! No funds!! A scam!!
