I received the same letter as others and decided, anything that sounds too good to be true, probably is. I found this Web site and did more investagating myself. My check was made payable from the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust. I wrote them an e-mail and waiting for their reply, could be awhile, I'm on EST and they are PST. I'll update when I find something else.

Thanks to everyone who already posted something about this fraud.
