Welch Financial Group Opening a letter and seeing a check for 3950.00 and the letter telling me that I had won 39000.00 was a heaven scent until I check online to see if it could really be true, what a let down. Buffalo New York

I just want to say that the only time things like this should be allowed to happen is when it is true. I am a single mother and making a living for me and my daughter is extremely hard, and to find out that something like this can get through the mail system and into the hands of innocennt people who work hard is very disturbing. I hope that these people are punished to the full extent.
