You have a car loan with them and couple weeks ago we were 31 dsays behinds and will no warring what so ever they show up at my home at midnight on a Friday and take my car. I told I copuld get it back on Saturday just needed to call and take of things. Well after being yelled at and called several names from customer service we were not able to get our car back until the following Friday. It cost us over 1700.00 with fees and such to get our car back for being late on a 200.00 a month payment of 1 month. Then once we where able to go pick up the car the repo lot drove it all around and wasted a Whole tank of gas and spilt stuff all over the inside and I had to pay them 300.00. I will be so glad when this is done and I will NEVER NEVER get another loan with WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES again. The WORST comapny EVER!!!!!!!! The RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pay in full, on time EVERY time. I would bet it wasn't the first time you were only a few days behind...was it?
What kind of "warring" should they give you before repoing? Your first clue should have been being so late on your payment.
Sounds like you are a dead beat.
No Ripoff here. ANY other lender would do the same.
BTW, it was NOT YOUR car until fully paid for the ownership was with the lender until then.
