Aug. 2007, I placed an order with Well Naturally Products via the internet and my credit card for $303.00CDN. I received a confirmation e-mail. My credit card was debited.

After about 3 weeks I phoned Mary Robinson and spoke with her about my order, and she said that she would check on it and get back to me.

A couple of months later, I agained phoned her and she said that she did not know what happened to my order and would get back to me.

A couple of months later--same stuff. By that time I figured that I had lost the cost of my order.

Is there some way which I could get the monies back which I sent to this fraudster woman--Mary Robinson.

This article does not have any substantiation of the shipping details. Did the alleged "victim" agree to the correct shipping address, and was the shipping reliable? Is the word of the alleged "victim" reliable? We have the word of just one person posting this article, and I don't see any investigation.

I've ordered essential oils and vegetable oils from Mary Robinson in the past. The quality is impressive, and the prices are competitive. I live in the territory of the district of columbia, so there is a little extra trouble going through the currency conversion, but it is worth it.

I came upon this article when I was trying to order something from her.

In my experience dealing with the general public, I always found the reactions could be unpredictable, and that is why I lost interest in my own business.

I have ordered from Mary off and on since around 2000. for the first few years, I had no problems with her and I was ordering from Montreal at the time. I can recall one time having a bag rip during the shipping and sea salt was everywhere in the box...I contacted her and told her what had happened and she immediately send me a new bag free of charge.

2 years ago, I started placing orders again through her company and was now living on the West Coast. My hassle free ordering seemed to have come to an end and there was nothing but problems...orders not showing up for months...then only 1/4 of the ordering showing up...even though I was charged for the entire order... a lot of me trying to contact her and never getting a response either by email or by phone. it got completely out of hand and I finally decided to just not order from her any more. Yes... her prices have always been great and her selection is amazing....but when you never receive what you order...what's the point of having a great selection? it's really just a tease! I ended up, during all of this chaos, having to order the exact same items from another supplier because I needed them to fulfill an order for my own products that I create....so I ended up paying double the amount! I also paid her by cheque, which she cashed right away, so I couldn't go back to my credit card company and say..stop payment...!!

I see that she is no longer online...so perhaps she has gone out of business which is really too bad because if she could have got her act together and learned the art of communication, her business would be thriving.

I am an old customer of Mary's

I used to order all of my soap making supplies and raw products from Mary, including essential oils, clays, salts, floral waters, butters, bulk herbs, etc. She always had the best prices compared to places like Cranberry Lane (which I found to be a complete rip-off) and other supposed 'wholesalers'.

Obviously people have had some serious problems with Mary, but I find this surprising because I never did have a problem with her, not once. Ok yes, her and her cats were strange and she had her personal eccentricities, but I never found her to be a bad person or in any way felt that she was trying to rip me off. She also always dropped off my orders at my house in person, always at the time promised.

I just felt I had to say something as I am surprised nobody at all has come to her defense. I can't be the only person in the United States or Canada who had a positive experience with her, can I? I find that very odd and unlikely.
